Tempahan
Jika anda berminat untuk mendapatkan produk kami, sila hubungi kami terus atau isi borang yang disediakan agar pihak kami dapat menghubungi anda. Seterusnya, sila buat pembayaran deposit sebanyak 50% untuk confirm tempahan. Kemudian, pihak kami akan menyiapkan tempahan dalam masa 2-3 minggu sahaja. Pelanggan hanya perlu membayar baki bayaran apabila tempahan akan diposkan. Pihak kami akan menghantar email/sms beserta tracking number untuk rujukan.
Pre-Order
If you like our door gifts, you may just contact us or fill the form, check out and pay 50% deposit to confirm order. Once we receive your deposit payment notification, we will proceed your order, it will takes about 2-3weeks time. Customer only needs to pay the balance when the order is ready to deliver. Once your order has been processed and delivered, you will receive email/sms notification with the courier services tracking number.

Selepas confirm tempahan, sebarang pembatalan atau pertukaran produk lain tidak dibenarkan. Jika pihak kami gagal menghantar/menyiapkantempahan, 100% bayaran akan dipulangkan. Warna dan gambar yang dipamerkan di website kami mungkin sedikit berbeza dari warna asal produk.Oleh itu, kami tidak berjanji produk yang diterima akan sama 100% seperti di website. Walaubagaimanapun, sebarang pertanyaan sebelum penempahan adalah dialu-alukan bagi mengelakkan salahfaham.

Once customers have confirmed and placed order, cancellation or change to other goods is not allowed. If we fail to order the goods for customer, 100% money back is guaranteed.
The colour and pictures that you view on our website may be slightly different with the actual product. Therefore, we will not make full guarantee that the products you receive will look 100% the same as what you see on our website. However, any inquiry is more than welcome so that customers can know further of the products and are satisfied with the services we offer.
Doorgift Studio will not respond to any missing or damage products during the delivery process but we will try our best to contact the delivery company in case
you didn't receive the products in stipulated time.

Kos penghantaran akan dikira berdasarkan berat keseluruhan produk. Bungkusan akan disiapkan oleh pihak Doorgift Studio.
Pihak kami tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerosakan yang dilakukan oleh syarikat courier. Jadi sila semak/check barang yang diterima sebelum tandatangan.Jangan terima barang yang rosak.Pihak kami akan membantu anda untuk menuntut ganti rugi ke atas barang yang rosak.
Delivery Charges
The delivery fee, which are charges by shipping carriers, will be calculated on the weight of the products delivered.
Proper & safe packing will be done by Doorgift Studio.
Doorgift Studio will not be responsible for any damages or lost of parcel caused by the shipping company. Please open and inspect the parcel before signing to receive the parcel. Do not receive if the item is damaged due to the shipping company. We can help to assist you in filing such CLAIM against the shipping carrier.
Polisi Pemulangan
Jika terdapat kesalahan produk atau barang yang diterima, sila hubungi kami di 60194184990 untuk mendapatkan pemulangan dalam masa 7 hari penerimaan barangan dan kembalikan barang tersebut kepada kami dalam keadaan asal dan tidak digunakan. Pulangkan kepada kami dalam tempoh 7 hari dari tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh kami. Pembayaran balik akan diberikan sebagai pemulangan wang atau pertukaran untuk barangan yang sama nilai. Apa-apa caj penghantaran yang timbul daripada penyata itu akan ditanggung oleh pelanggan.
Return Policy
If there is manufacturer defect or items incorrectly sent, please contact us at 60194184990 for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of your order and return the item to us in their original unused condition with the tags intact and return to us within 7 days from date of our agreement to such return. The refund will be given as money back or in exchange for item of equivalent value. Any shipping charges arising from the return will be borne by the customers.
